Submission Guidelines
Locality
We ask that creators only submit if they either are from Oceania, East Asia, and South-East Asia, or live in the region. If a publication like this is something you really like the idea of, we encourage you to find or create one for your own pocket of the world!
Quality
The Mantazine is designed to be a tailored experience of the fandom, and as such we reserve the right to not publish submissions if we do not think it meets quality standards. We can only publish so many works in an issue! Having said that, we do not base quality on just technical skill; for example, a comic with a simpler and rougher style might still be chosen for publication if it has a strong emotional impact or an unorthodox way of storytelling. If we would like to publish a piece but cannot fit it into the upcoming issue, we may contact you about rolling over your submission for the next issue.
We accept
- Literature (fiction and non-fiction)
- Art
- Comics
- Commentary/articles
- Furry media reviews
- Furry-centric photography.
- Etc.
We don’t accept
- Pornography
- Violence and gore
- Any of the isms – racism, sexism etc.
If you have a submission that somehow falls outside of these categories, and you’re not sure if we will accept it, please free to contact us first about it.
Language
The Mantazine is a multilingual publication, though we ask creators to submit their works in English if possible. This reduces the workload for our translation teams. We will be publishing separate editions for each language (eg. an English edition, a Traditional Chinese edition), as long as we have the translation staff for that language.
We are very interested in expanding our non-English language editions, so if you can translate a language we don’t cover, and want to contribute to the Mantazine, get in touch with us at contact@mantazine.com.

Description: 2-3 lines about the work.
English submission: (if possible)
Original language submission: If the original piece is not written in English. Include this even if you translate it into English, as it makes less work for our translators and is very helpful.
For images: Please attach any images as a PDF file.
